Return Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return and another 14 days to send the item back to us, for a total of 27 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can write an email to spyskyofficial@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs will be at your expense.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Some types of items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
